A monitoring panel located near the transfer switch monitors your generator’s operation. When the generator starts and stops or fails to start when needed, the monitoring system sends a signal to Generator Solution's central station using an existing phone line. There is no added expense of a dedicated phone line or long distance charges.

How the Gen-Tracker System works?

The monitoring panel looks for check-ins that verify your transfer switch and generator are working properly. If a signal is received indicating the generator did not start during a power outage or tried to start but could not, the system will automatically notify your local dealer.
You can check your generator’s status from anywhere, any time via the Internet.

Go to the Gen-Tracker Login page, log in by entering your name and password, and the pop up window tells you dates and times your system operated.
