  1. Marine and Power Generators Technicians (PR y USVI)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot engines and equipment.
  • Service marine vessels.
  • Service Diesel generators.
  • Repair and maintenance of all marine engines.
  • Test performance of engines and electrical systems.
  • Replaces broken or worn-out engines parts.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Diesel and/or Marine Mechanics
  • Technician certification is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
  • Available to work weekends and travel around the Caribbean Islands (Required).
  • Driver’s License and US Passport (Required).

2. Automatic Transmission Mechanic (Trucks/Buses) | Carolina, PR

Main Responsibilities:

  • Performs transmission repair and maintenance as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Utilizes computerized system to diagnose malfunctions.
  • Removes and disassembles transmission unit and performs repair.
  • Examines vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
  • Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
  • Installs repaired transmission, replaces fluids and makes appropriate adjustments.
  • Road tests vehicle when required.
  • Documents work performed and recommended on the repair order.
  • Keeps shop area neat and clean.
  • Maintains and is accountable for company-owned tools and manuals.
  • Understands and complies with federal, state and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal.
  • Maintains company’s fleet.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Automotive Technician Certification (Preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience.
  • Allision Transmission experience (Plus)
  • Fully Bilingual (Spanish-English)
  • Ability to read and understand manufacturers manuals in English.
  • Experience with computerized diagnosis systems.
  • Basic Computer Skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, category heavy

 

3. Purchasing & Logistic Coordinator | Carolina, PR

Main Functions

  • Enters all purchase orders in SAGE System and Suppliers Portals.
  • Coordinates company’s Purchase & Logistic process.
  • Updates and tracks all raw materials.
  • Responsible for generators purchase orders and shipping logistics, utilizing vendor’s portal.
  • Monitors all pending open purchase orders in system.
  • Scans all deliver receipts provided by the Warehouse Department and attach to appropriate order in SAGE.
  • Notifies the Inventory Specialist of inventory movements.
  • Creates Negative Tier Report in SAGE
  • Provides the Accounting Department with Purchase Orders.
  • Attends project meetings and provides orders updates.
  • Manages requests for materials quotes.
  • Receives all purchase orders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business Administration (Preferred)
  • Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Purchasing & Logistic role
  • Experienced with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in SAGE (SAGE 100 Preferred)

 

4. Diesel Truck Driver | Carolina, PR

Main Responsibilities:

  • Transport Diesel Fuel to different customers in Puerto Rico
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Refuel and clean truck
  • Follow all traffic laws
  • Keep commercial driver license up to date
  • Basic mechanic

Requirements:

  • License Category 8 or 9
  • CSP Certificate (Transportation Commission)
  • HAZMAT Transportation Training
  • Must be fully bilingual.
  • TWIC Card – preferably
  • At least 1 year experience transporting hazardous materials.

Main Responsibilities

  • Daily counting of inventory.
  • Maintains all warehouses organize and clean.
  • Consolidates locations of parts.
  • Replenishes Stihl Showroom with merchandise.
  • Assists with Inventory Management.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience working in Warehouse (Retail Preferred)
  • Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Skill
  • Excellent Organization Skills
  • Forklift Certification
  • High School Diploma or its equivalent
  • Ability to lift at least 50lbs and stand for long periods of time

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for taking all orders for the Parts Department.
  • Determines parts and parts numbers by searching authorized vendors’ websites.
  • Provides quotes to external and internal customers, including labor costs.
  • Follows up and updates with customers on quotes, pricing and shipping status.
  • Submits customer’s information to appropriate departments to create customer’s profile on SAGE.
  • Supports sales by recommending related parts, maintenance and company’s services.
  • Requests Purchase Order # to Purchasing Department for order placement and pricing.
  • Provide commercial invoices for shipments that requires local, international and/or regional export, schedules pickup and provide tracking updates to customer.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures and
    overall location safety.
  • Support Ops and SG&A departments in Process Improvement Projects. (POS,
    customer margin profitability, inventory valuation & rotation, T&E process
    improvement, etc.)
  • Review sales orders and purchases reports validating customer gross margins
  • Monitor daily cash transactions to ensure on time posting. Coordinate with others
    team members all transactions recorded properly.
  • Back up for the A/P and A/R roles.
  • Weekly & Semi-Annual Physical Inventory – Participate during the “Blind
    Counts”/annual physical inventory
  • Support in the execution of the Inventory Management Optimization SDP
  • Monitor inventory levels and track action plan to reduce aged balances
  • Active participation in Working Capital Improvement Initiatives
  • Active participation during Plan and Forecasting Processes.
  • External Audit & Internal Audits – Assist the VP of Finance with all lead schedules
